Delete your account

Request permanent deletion without reinstalling the app. Owned events, access details and SimchaCam-controlled recordings are removed. Limited transaction, fraud, dispute, security and deletion-audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Deletion is normally processed promptly and may take up to 30 days where provider cleanup, security checks, legal obligations, backups or technical recovery processes require additional time. Purchases are not automatically refunded.
